Projects of interest

We de-risk critical minerals supply by building legitimacy as infrastructure.

Our projects become investable, legitimate, and durable.

We focus on four categories of projects:

Frozen: Built but not permitted
Fully constructed assets – such as processing plants or mines – that are idle due to revoked licences or social opposition.

We work to re-establish legitimacy, governance, and operational certainty so these assets can move forward responsibly.

Stalled: Known deposits, no permits
Projects with defined ore bodies but halted in the approval process because of community or political opposition.

We address governance gaps, consent failures, and decision bottlenecks to unlock these stalled developments.

Deprioritised: Advanced exploration with ESG issues
Exploration projects facing environmental or social challenges.

We co-develop solutions that embed safeguards, and decision integrity, enabling progress without reputational risk.

Blinkered: Disaggregated regional assets
Clusters of opportunities on Indigenous land or remote regions lacking infrastructure.

We design regional frameworks that integrate free and prior informed consent(FPIC), shared benefits, and environmental safeguards at landscape scale, enabling coordinated development.

Our approach is simple: de-risk early, design for durability, and deliver projects that meet global standards and local expectations.

Faster, fairer, and more responsible.
