Spektrum is deliberately open — not loosely defined.

Building local capability, not dependency

When we establish in a new country or region, we do not operate as a fly-in, fly-out organisation.

We stand up local teams, with the skills required to deliver our work, and invest directly in building capability. These teams are trained by our co-founders and senior leaders in the Spektrum approach, including our Development by Consent© and Legitimacy Value at Risk methodologies.

Our intention is long-term presence and long-term relationships.

We aim to leave behind strong, locally rooted teams who are committed to legitimate development, trusted by communities and stakeholders, and capable of sustaining the work beyond any single project.
